HOPE Dementia Support

HOPE Dementia Support is a program of CDM Caregiving Services. Our Mission is to provide Support, Education and Advocacy to the Care Partners and their loved one living with dementia.

Dementia Spring

We support artists who are telling a new story of dementia, one of engagement, endurance & hope.

Life Story Club

Life Story Club organizes small social clubs for older adults to share life stories, to foster connections and enhance a sense of belonging and purpose.

Movement Music & Memories

Movement Music & Memories is a one hour of physical and cognitive enrichment program that combines movement with themed music, multi-sensory activities, singing, reminiscing, games & laughter

IAMM

The International Association for Music & Medicine is a registered non-profit organisation formed in 2009 to encourage and support the use of music in medical contexts including research into the benefits of music, and its specialised applications in healthcare.
